Mose and I collaborated on this in the summer of 2019 (when he was still 13 years old)! He wrote and performed all the rapping, and I sang the chorus and did the track - but he's equally capable of making killer backing tracks as well! I'm so proud of him.

Funeral host: we are all gathered here in remembrance of our dear friend Mose Milburn. He lost his life to the terrible disease that is the desire for fame and fortune.
Mom: why did it have to be him? It should have been me!
Funeral host: yes, mother of Mose, we are all terribly distraught about this.
Doctor: if only I could have treated him sooner, then none of us would be in this situation right now!
Mom: he was a good kid! He didn’t have to die like this!
Doctor: yes, you’re right. For anybody who’s listening, it’s not too late. Please donate to charity to help save the kids out there like Mose, who dream of being -

Jerry's got this laconic, kinda flat affect singing style which only makes his lyrics land even more. Great acoustic guitar playing, thoughtful lyrics from a generous and kind worldview. Recommended. Brendan Milburn
